Our antiqued reclaimed pine shelves come from local barns and structures. Every piece is unique in its patina and character. Some parts having nail holes, some have bug marks, and others saw and ax marks. Our reclaimed pine shelves once had a life holding together structures for hay, protecting livestock from the elements, or simply as solid ground for us to walk on.

We take great pride in restoring our reclaimed pine barn wood by hand. Every piece is kiln dried for ensure there is no organic life still present in the wood, then it is carefully cleaned, brushed, and processed in our shop. We take away the rotten pieces that are not stable and use those for other purposes.

All of our reclaimed barn wood shelves measure approximately 1.5" thick. Because of the unique life of each piece, there will be minor variations along the shelf. We finish our shelves with a Matte Conversion varnish to make dusting easier and provide protection from the elements.

Some pieces will be joined together, when necessary, to accomplish the width and length.

*Direct Sunlight is not good for wood products. Even thought it comes through a window or door, the UV rays will fade the lumber over time.

Our shelves are created to mount on L brackets, above corbels, or as a true floating shelf (hidden bracket).
